Simon Baker founded the company with others in 1979. Originally the core business was audio for the music industry including building recording studios. He subsequently diversified into television and video but retains an active interest in audio and system installations. Working with consultants and contractors Simon is involved in projects where his extensive experience in acoustics, electrics, air conditioning and cable installation are required. He also deals with technical sales and suppliers and has a special interest in mail and VoIP phone systems. Simon is also responsible for accounting and billing.
Hilda Breakspear was appointed as a director of the company in 2018. She brings a wide experience of business analysis and project management from sectors including telecoms and transport. Hilda oversees high level client projects to ensure their smooth running throughout the project lifecycle. Company administration and management also fall under her remit.
